Update flag_days.json and holidays.json to add new holidays and remove outdated dynamic entries. Added Florida State Day, National Vietnam War Veterans Day, and several others to flag_days.json. Included Joanna the Smart Homes Birthday in holidays.json while cleaning up dynamic holiday entries for clarity.
