Merge changes from topic 'ASTERISK-27625'

* changes:
  channel.c: Make CHECK_BLOCKING() save thread LWP id for messages.
  channel.c: Fix usage of CHECK_BLOCKING()
  autoservice: Don't start channel autoservice if the thread is a user interface.
