Jason Parker 8340b21c1d Voicemail "* exit" should not require an exitcontext to be specified. ...

The behavior in 1.4 was that it would use the current context if an exitcontext existed.

If the first argument passed to app_authenticate does not contain a '/', the argument should be treated as the sole fixed "password" to match against and that is all. (Previous behavior was attempting to open a file based on the pin.)
