Joshua Colp 0f7db6c413 res_ari_channels: Add the ability to stop locally generated ringing on a channel.

Using the 'ring' operation it is possible to start locally generated ringback if
the channel is answered. This change adds the ability to stop it by using DELETE.

This directory contains the specification for the Asterisk RESTful
API. The API is documented using Swagger[1]. This is used to not only
generate executable documentation pages for the API, but also to
generate a lot of the boilerplate necessary for implementing the API
with Asterisk's HTTP server.
