mod_conference add vid-floor command to branch off the floor for video on demand and force it to a particular member vid-floor can be api or bound to dtmf but who gets the floor must toggle it off before someone else can have it. vid-floor-force (vid-floor <member> force)can be clobbered at any time

Avoid crashing FS after delivering a VM
...
When vm-storage-dir was set to an absolute path, FS would abort after
delivering a VM because we were trying to free(3) memory sitting in
the middle of a memory pool.
