622a2733dc use more correct const char * for things that should not be modified. This should also fix the switch_cpp.cpp changes from MODAPP-44. More patches to follow up on this for a few more modules that will likely break with this commit.

1a091c1ad2 change javascript and confernece to use cached speech handles 
This is for better performace and to take atvantage of mrcp connections.
There should be no apparent change in usage.
The conference now supports changing the voice via the text string
by starting a text blurb with #voice# eg

#william#This will sound like William.
