Steve Underwood 3549488e8e Fixed a problem in FAX where a received handshake, delayed so much it is 
received as we queue a retry, causes the retry frame to remain queued in the
HDLC entity.

Steve Underwood 7d6b0e48b7 Added an XML script to the FAX tests which will provoke the crashing 
issue seen recently in spandsp's FAX engine. The next step is to fix
the actual crash.

Robert Joly e791f33545 Updated SpanDSP to snapshot on 2009-06-03 with some additions: 
Fixed VS2005 version of make_modem_filter

  Fixed a couple of places where declaration and definition of functions do not have the same calling conventions. Only relevant for Win32 compiles.
